| This unit is a Shred-Pax Model AZ-15 low-speed/high-torque shredder powered by a 20-hp 220/440 volt three-phase electric motor. Cutting chamber is 13-5/6" wide x 27-1/2" long. With 21 - 5/8" knives on each shaft. Stand, hopper, controls. Shredder just reconditioned, new Nord gearbox and 20-hp drive motor. Both shafts have new bearings and the final drive gearbox has new seals. Applications include e-scrap, hard drives, computers, tires, plastics, cans, metal profiles, bricks, cinder blocks, glass, lathe turnings, hospital waste, plus more. |
