| Marathon Model TR-10/50 2-Ram Auto-Tie Horizontal Baler - powered by a 50 hp, 230/460 V, 3-phase electric motor. 128" main cylinder stroke. Main ram is 10" bore, 7" rod with 235,000 lb force. Eject ram is 8" bore, 4.5" rod with 150,800 lb force. Includes jam-free relief system, electrical disconnect, upper and lower photocells, tongue and groove floor, U.S. wire tier, bale, table hopper with view door and high-efficiency power unit with multi-stage pump. Body shear bar is serrated, angled and replicable; ram shear bar is replaceable and reversible. Typical expanded bale is 31" x 45" x 64", 22 second cycle time. Programmable controller permits automatic or manual controls. Includes operator keypad, programmable baling modes and plain English diagnostic readout. Just installed a new heat exchanger and recently re-linded the baler and replaced main hydraulic hose to main cylinder. New PLC installed. Good condition. |
