This is a Shredder/Baler system. The system consists
of the following items: Miller shredder, Balemaster
closed-door baler, two 32" heavy duty incline conveyors.
Miller hood assembly, Miller discharge chute, heavy-duty
sort table with removable sides, hood for abler, and
operators panel>
Miller shredder: This is a three-rotor pre-shredder
powered by a 75-hp motor. It has two cutting rotors
and one swinging hammer. It has a 40"x27" feed opening
and a capacity of 103 TPH. Applications include
cardboard, paper, books, HDPE and PET.
Balemaster horizontal closed-door baler: This is a
Balemaster Model 472APUL horizontal baler powered by a 20-hp
motor. It has a 6" main cylinder and a feed opening of
32"x28:.
Incline heavy-duty feed conveyors: 32" wide rubber
belt with 1" cleats on 24" centers, powered by a 1.5-hp
motor, with legs and supports.. |
