| Model WWR 9136 Eddy Current Separator - ECS Rare Earth Two Pulley Eddy Current Separator, 36" Unit with 16" support legs, Rare Earth 7" diameter rotor encased within an extra wide shell with 5-10 hp depending on width. Low profile 2 pulley design. Magnet assembly protected by 11 gauge 304 stainless steel patented enclosure. Rotor assembly also includes a replaceable fiberglass outer shell with wear resistant ceramic tile covering in a staggered pattern. Rugged polyester shell heads on rotor assembly. Heavy-duty, self-aligning oversized rotor bearings. 36" or 48" Nitrile belt with thermo-welded PVC T-cleats and side walls for material containment. 304 Stainless steel cowling with adjustable and replaceable neoprene side skirting. Conveyor drive - gearmotor, 230/460 V, 3Ph, 60Hz. V-belt drive - motor for rotor, 230/460 V 3Phm, 60Hz TEFC. Belt speed fixed at approximately 400FPM (Variable speed available as option). Separate wall-mounted control panel. Splitter Assembly. Ideal for the recovery of non-ferrous metals from recycling of a variety of solid waste. This unit is generally mounted inline to the material flow. |
