| This Portec Model 1042 tumble grinder is powered by a 410-hp Cat 3408 eight-cylinder diesel engine. This grinder has more than 200 square feet of pre-screening area to screen out dirt, sand and other material prior to grinding. It is designed with the tumble tub that is inclined at 30 degrees, with swinging hammers. It is complete with a discharge conveyor for your screened product and a discharge conveyor for your ground product. It is capable of grinding bulky debris such as stumps, green waste, etc. In good condition with only 589 hours and as little as ten minutes to set up and work. |
