| SludgeMaster Piston Pump - Model 4x12C-P hydraulic-driven piston pump powered by a 55 hp Isuzu diesel hydraulic power unit. The power unit is designed to operate the pump and auger force feeder. It has a 90 gallon hydraulic reservoir, 40 gallon fuel tank, center point lift, full-flow hydraulic oil cooler, heavy-duty fuel tank skid, 2" piston-type HYD pumps, 2" needle valve controls and pulsation stabilizer in the return. The pump has a 4" suction x 4" discharge, dual 12" diameter pistons, cast iron and steel construction, Plymite poly-pack seals in cylinders and valve stems, Viton O-rings throughout pump, Nitrile Victaulic gaskets, chrome plating in cylinders/on valve stems/on hydraulic cylinder rods. Pump is designed for variable flow rates from 25 to 250 GPM and discharge pressure up to 150 PSI. |
