| This unit is a SludgeMaster Model 4x12C-P hydraulic-driven piston pump powered by a 30-hp, 240/480 volt, three-phase explosion-proof electric motor. It is designed to operate a 4" pump, with 50-gallon hydraulic reservoir and full-flow cooler, 10-micron filter, 100-mesh suction strainer, and hydraulic 10L pulsation stabilizer. The pump has a has a 4" suction x 4" discharge, dual 12"-diameter pistons, cast iron & steel construction, Plymite poly-pack seals in cylinders and valve stems, Viton O-rings throughout pump, Nitrile Victaulic gaskets, chrome plating in cylinders/on valve stems/on hydraulic cylinder rods. Pump is designed for variable flow rates from 25 to 250 GPM and discharge pressure up to 150 PSI. |
