| Indirect Fire (Holo Flite) Portable Thermal Desorption System - The Mesto Holo-Flite quadruple flight dryer is suitable for most drying applications and can also be used as part of a thermal desorption unit for soil remediation. The Holo-Flite system is an indirect, oil-heated screw auger that can operate at temperatures of up to 750°F, which is suitable for most drying applications, as well as processing and removing contaminants such as oil, gasoline and other VOCs. The unit comes with a thermal oil heater with pumps and controls. The system can process up to 30 tons of contaminated soil per hour depending on the level of contamination and moisture in the product, and up to 50 tons per hour for certain drying applications. The system is fully portable, and the individual units are pre-configured and mounted on a flatbed truck, reducing the amount of field work required to assemble the components on-site. Available options include dust handling unit, thermal oxidizer to oxidize contaminants in gas steam and vapor recovery system to recover and recycle the contaminated material for reuse.
