System includes two Maxon Ovenpak Size 425 burners, controls, quench chamber, power cyclone, afterburner with temps up to 1600½ F, blower with 20-hp three-phase electric motor, baffled-water recirculation tank (7' x 3' x 30"), Infeed hopper and conveyor assembly with 5-hp three-phase electric motor, 5-cubic yard capacity load hopper, mounted on a dual-axle drop trailer. Capacity up to 10 TPH, depending on moisture levels and contaminate levels. |
