ECO Flock 1000 System with Curing Tunnel - consists of a 3 steel roller distribution system. There are 2 flocking sieves and 4 collecting drawers for flocking material. The flock is applied by means of a variable voltage electrostat, and the throughput speed is governed by a variable speed conveyor. The curing tunnel is a fully insulated heating chamber with a variable speed conveyor. There are 6 infrared heating elements that are temperature-controlled by 3 thermostats and can be operated from the control panel.
