The
ECO Flock 1000 System consists of a three, steel roller,
distribution system. There are two flocking sieves
and four collecting drawers for flocking material.
The flock is applied by means of a variable voltage electrostat,
and the throughput speed is governed by a variable speed
conveyor. The curing tunnel is a fully insulated
heating chamber with a variable speed conveyor.
There are six infrared heating elements that are
temperature controlled by three thermostats and can be
operated from the control panel. |
