| ADM Thermal Desorption ( Rotary Dryer) System - includes 28' long x 5' diameter rotary kiln drum with 22 MBtu Hauck Primary Burner with Hauck blower. Aeropulse baghouse and afterburner equipped with a Hauck burner and blower.Powerscreen portable screener with 15 ton bin, 24" x 45' conveyor, pre-conditioning soil/clay shredder, shaker and hydraulic vibrator screen. 15 hp Lincoln Draft Motor. 25' discharge auger with mist spray discharge ports, 5 hp Leeson auger motor and 5 hp Siemens consists of Ingersoll-Rand compressor with tanks, lines and controls. Motor controls are General Electric 480 V, 3-phase, 400 amps with disconnects, starters and breakers. Onan 250 kW Genset unit powered by a 400 hp Cummins Model NT 855-G5 diesel engine with 500 gallon fuel tank. Acid gas scrubber with Venturi Cyclone knock out box. System is rated to treat 20-40 tons per hour hydrocarbon soil (depending on PPMs, soil condition and moisture content). Good condition. |
