| NEW Tuffman 532ED Extreme Duty Conveyor - 32' long x 5' wide powered by a 20 hp, 3-phase electric motor with size 6 shaft mounted gear reducer with a 25 to 1 reduction ratio. All mounted on a 15" c-channel frame. 24" lagged head pulley with 2 15/16" shaft. 20" self-cleaning winged tail pulley with 2 15/16" shaft and heavy-duty telescoping idlers for belt adjustment and tracking. 10' wide hopper constructed of 3/8" steel with 3/8" x 3" side gussets. Heavy-duty impact rollers. 6" rubber rollers on 8" centers for first 15' of bed followed by 3/8" plate strips topped by 1" thick UHMW for longer wear and abrasion resistance and in 12" wide strips separated by 3" slots for dust and fines removal and cleaning. 4-ply 440 1/4" bare-backed rubber belting with an overall thickness of 31/64".
