| Farrel Two Roll 28 - heavy-duty double roll crackermill is powered by a 400 hp motor. Front and rear rolls have a 42" face width x 28" diameter cored type alloy cast iron mill roll with standard 17" diameter bearing journal necks. Equipped with internal siphon pipes for temperature control. The Lufkin gear is a Model T-540AHH with a triple reduction spiral bevel parallel shaft speed reducer to transmit 400 hp with a 1.5 A.G.M.A. service factor from a motor base speed of 900 rpm to a driven rear mill roll speed of approximately 30 rpm maximum. |
